Our 3-bedroom villa sleeps 6 with open plan internal living space. External areas include an internal courtyard with seating, rear screened porch, screened roof terrace and external garden dining area for 10.
A lovely very private garden with own 10 x 5m pool (with slide), and also access to private communal gardens and pool shared by 9 villas. There is plenty of external seating areas to choose from, as well as a roof terrace with hammock, BBQ and sun loungers.
Additional Info: Hacienda del Alamo is a quiet golf resort with additional sporting activities available with easy access to some lovely beaches (25 mins away).
If you want nightclubs this is not the place for you (although there are some located in Fuente Alamo village, a 5 minute drive away). It is a quiet, peaceful resort to enjoy alfresco dining and relaxing with a good book unless you are playing golf!
The villa is very close to the tennis/sports centre (5 min walk), and a 2 minute drive (10 min walk) to the Golf Clubhouse and Spanish Village. The Spaniard Inn and Terrace restaurant, IT Bar and Sports Cafe are a 5 min walk away.
The Golf Clubhouse bar & restaurant are next to the Sheraton Spa hotel. And in the Spanish Village there is Little Bear kiosk, Manola's Tapas bar, D'Fusion Italian restaurant, as well as a small supermarket and a hairdressers.

Summary: We stopped here for a week . The villa is on a well maintained and on a clean tidy site with good local amenities and several larger supermarkets a few minutes away. The villa is well equipped with good air conditioning,the pool is a good size with plenty of space around it. We would definitely visit again

Summary: Our experience of this villa was one of the most satisfying we have experienced. Everything you need and expect but rarely find. Clean, comfortable and well organized. The pool was cleaned no less than 3 times during our 2 week stay and the outdoor ambiance is lovely. We benefited from a brand new Weber BBQ and new Bosch oven (though we did not use the oven). Many little touches like outdoor lanterns, lovely landscaping and bug screens to all windows and the Lanai. We were grateful for the spray and citronella for those pesky flies, though very few entered the living/sleeping/kitchen space. Nicely located within half a kilometre of the highway. We enjoyed an evening stroll to the local 'pub' which serves great beer and excellent food and snacks. Our sincere thanks to Adelle and her family for creating and providing a marvellous experience. Summary: We have just returned from this villa and are already looking to book again. We are a family of 6 and found the villa spacious,clean and had everything you needed including a washing machine so no washing to come with. The swimming pool is lovely and the added slide kept my kids entertained for hours. Adele was very helpful answering all our questions and giving lots of information of what the surrounding had to offer. The pub is a 5 minute walk away with very friendly/helpful staff and very reasonable priced food and drinks. Looking forward to returning in the not too distant future.

Summary: This is a gorgeous villa with everything there for a fabulous holiday. The gardens are beautifully manicured and cared for plus the pool is clean and inviting! Internally the house is very well equipped, with a good room layout and the lounge and bedroom furniture are of a high standard. We found the food at the clubhouse was good however you are plagued with flies when you eat out on the terrace, particularly the seafood paella. That said it is beautiful on the inside and the staff were all very friendly. We really enjoyed visiting Cartagena, parking is easy (there is an underground car park right in the center of town, follow the signs to the port), Cabo de Palos, and Sierra de Espuna National Park. The resort itself is very quiet but it is maintained to a very high standard. We all had a great holiday, it was very hot, but the air con cooled us down just perfectly!! Hope to be back next year.

Summary: We stayed at the villa June 2011 as a 2 family party - the villa is well suited layout to share with family or friends. The garden and pool are absolutely fantastic, especially the slide! The resort itself is spotlessly clean but a little quiet. The golf is excellent as is the golf academy. Would not hesitate in recommending this villa if you're looking for a classy, quiet getaway with very high standard golf on your doorstep.

Summary: My Family have stayed at this wonderful villa on a few occasions. It is located in the beautiful Hacienda del Alamo golf resort. This resort is really beautiful, very well maintained, private and extremely safe to allow your children out and about by themselves. The Villa itself is spotlessly clean, spacious and really well equiped with everything you will need for a wonderful holiday in the sun. The owner is very helpful and provides all information you will need to know regarding the villa in writing. It is extremely private and secluded with a fabulous swimming pool including a slide for the kids. It is only a short distance from the beautiful rural town of Fuenta Alamo which has a large supermarket and lovely local restaurants. The resort itself also has a very upmarket golf club with restaurant and terrace containing lovely views of the nearby mountains and golf course. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone, a romantic getaway for a couple or ideal for a family holiday. It is in my opinion a private oasis in the sun.

Summary: I stayed here with friends for a long weekend (4 days) in May 2010 and we had a really great time. We found our way to the resort and villa easily from Murcia airport, which took around 30 minutes in our hire car. The villa is very impressive, it's spacious and comfortable and has the most amazing garden which is secluded and beautifully landscaped with exotic plants and a fabulous pool. The garden and villa are well equipped and maintained - everything looks brand new. There's a lovely big al fresco dining area and plenty of sun loungers around the pool. We found everything we needed in the kitchen when cooking, the cupboards were well stocked with every utensil and gadget you could think of - there was even a separate fridge to chill the wine. There was plenty of storage space in the bedrooms and comfortable beds. The bathrooms were spotless and there was always plenty of hot water. We did a big food shop the day we arrived - a large supermarket in the local town about 5 minutes away, which was well stocked and worked out surprisingly cheap considering the weak pound/euro exchange rate. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone thinking of staying there.

Summary: An extremely well maintained, homely villa with plenty of bedroom and living space. The outdoor area was perfect for relaxing with a large pool and slide which gets the sun all day. The villa is in a good location for a relaxing holiday with friends and family with a nice area to eat outside and in and was very convenient to plenty of attractions with a supermarket a short drive for all the essentials. Loads of information was provided about the area and well as some recomendations. Would highly recommend this villa and will definatley be visiting again soon.

Summary: Our family of six stayed here in May 2010. The villa is luxuriously furnished with all mod cons - our teenagers were impressed with the TV and sound system! The pool was warm and big enough to swim lengths (unlike some). The garden around it is beautiful with its lemon trees and tropical palms. We enjoyed eating in the screened in area in the evening, but usually ate lunch al fresco at the long table in the garden. Personally, I found the pretty internal courtyard and the lovely roof terrace were both good hideaways when I wanted a bit of peace away from the kids (my guilty pleasure!). We also dined in the restaurant on the complex which was really good food and service. My husband enjoyed the golf and I enjoyed the fact that I could jog every morning (before it became too hot) all around the complex and felt very safe. You definitely need a car to explore - we thought the town of Cartagena was beautiful with lovely alleyways and quaint plazas. The supermarket is only five minutes drive from the villa and had everything we needed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this villa. You can tell the owners really look after it like their own home. We are planning to visit again next year.
