Summary: The hosts were very nice, the single bed was comfortable. The shower left a lot to be desired, as the pull on the faucet was faulty and didn’t close all the way to shower head which made a trickle to shower head making my showering experienced way less than desirable.

Summary: Before I begin, I want to mention that it is a single bed. The place is only good for one person. The bottom line is that the place is clean, has a very comfortable bed, a full kitchen, I think adequate air conditioning (it never got into the 90's, so I am not sure), and fast internet (over 100 mbs) for a VERY low price relative to LI. The trade-off is that the place is older, but the price more than makes up for that. If I ever visit central LI again, I will look this place up.

Summary: The communication with Jim was good, and I had a perfectly adequate stay. I appreciated the free WiFi and parking. The rental needs a few little touches to make it a bit more comfortable, and I left that feedback for Jim and Emma.
