Mound View Gardens is a comfortably furnished guest condo which is attached to owner's home, but very private (no shared walls). We live on one of the highest hills in Dane County, WI with a 15 mile view to the west. Property backs up to the Ice Age Trail and is next to a community garden. This guest condo has a Master bedroom with a Sleep Number Queen Bed and walk-in closet. Main floor den/sunroom with a single memory foam sleeper sofa (most comfortable for a child or smaller adult). Great room has crown molding, a wall mounted Smart TV you can use to access your subscriptions (no cable or local stations). We also have a gas fireplace with remote, hardwood floors, and attached private screened porch. There is an additional twin-sized pull-out ottoman on the main floor that is most comfortable for children or smaller adults. In the exposed lower level there is a large bedroom (1 full bed, 1 queen bed, and leather sofa) with 3/4 bath (shower). Laundry room in unit for light loads. Central AC, lots of windows and light. This location has been perfect for visiting the greater Madison area, and it is located 6" to Epic in Verona. One well trained pet who will be left in a crate whenever alone/unsupervised will be considered for an additional fee; please describe your pet to us prior to booking to obtain approval, thank you. Parking for 2 vehicles is available in the driveway that is shared with the owners atop a long, steep driveway.
We are proud to be licensed through Public Health - Madison and Dane County. We have employed cleaning and sanitizing procedures that follow WHO recommendations and the condo is vacant for 48 hours between guests. In addition, we employ masked/socially distanced check-in and check-out procedures.

Summary: Our family really enjoyed staying here in our visit to the Madison area for our daughter’s graduation from UW. Beautiful location with everything we needed. Summary: We were most happy with the condo. Having two floors gives privacy if needed. Well stocked, well maintained, very comfortable. We were about a 15 minute drive from Madison, which we did quite often, but able to stay in a quiet, peaceful home. Highly recommend!!

Summary: My favorite part was the screen porch in the trees. I was there by myself, but it would be a great place for a ladies' getaway (which I'm thinking about) or a family. Mound View Gardens was beautiful and clean and well-equipped. Host was easy to contact and attentive.

Summary: Clean, cozy and comfortable. Plenty of room for 4 adults and a baby to relax and unwind amidst a busy family wedding. The layout of the condo was perfect for 2 couples to have privacy, with a spacious family room and sunny screened in porch to share.

Summary: What a delightful place to stay. Very serene setting in the woods. We loved the screened in porch to enjoy the beautiful sunny mornings and sitting outside bug-free. Watching sunsets from the den also a beautiful way to end the day. Summary: We stayed at this property for the weekend to do the ironman Wisconsin event. It was within 15 drive of all activities we needed and in a beautiful part of town. The property looked like the pictures. Everything was very clean and we had a restful and peaceful stay. Beds were very comfortable. I would highly recommend.
