Positive: The condo was very nice, views were amazing, location was close to Walmart/gas stations and a bait shop, we were able to fish on property in the canal, in fact one day there was a pod of dolphins in the canal which was super cool, they had a 24/7 security guard at a gate so we felt safe, people were nice and they even had a Halloween party in the clubhouse.

Summary: This was an amazing stay and would definitely recommend and revisit!!

Positive: The location, the surroundings, the pool and game room.

Negative: The pull out couch was very uncomfortable for 1 guest. However, the property manager delivered a comfy topper the next day.

Summary: Beautiful place and any issues were handled quickly. Will definitely stay again

Positive: The place was great, quiet, low-key, very relaxing, beautiful views of he gulf . The condo was perfect for the two of us well equipped . The gym and pool were awesome. Highly recommend.

Negative: The only suggestion would be to have recycling bins. I am a believer in recycling and reusing. Other than that everything was great

Positive: The people we met and became good friends with, learned and played pickle ball and loved hanging out at the pool. The organized monthly events, in the clubhouse, were a plus.

Negative: There were no restaurants, bars, shops within walking distance. There really is no beach, it is very small. We had to drive elsewhere for a true ocean beach! After arriving we learned that the going rate was $2,100 to $4,000 for the month, which was unfortunate as we paid $10,000 for the month through this site! When we contacted the representative, she explained $5,000 went to the owner and the other part were fees! Knowing this and the condition of the condo, I would of paid on the lower end.

Summary: We had fun but it was way overpriced.
