Cozy basement apartment in beautiful Pleasant View! On a 1/2 acre lot with large backyard! 2 bed 1 bath apartment, with a fully stocked kitchen to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. 5 minutes from I-15, 8 minutes to Bonneville shoreline trailhead 300 yards to a 3.5-mile paved multi-use trail that follows a creek along Pleasant View Dr and up the street from the Barn Golf Course and many other outdoor activities! Close proximity to many shops and restaurants.
Your apartment has a private kitchen and living room. Large laundry room that can be used to store skis, snowboards, etc. The entrance is around the back of the house and down the stairs.
We live upstairs and you can hear us. Occasionally you can hear the kids run around or cry. Usually, they are good and it's quiet, but they can have their moments. They go to bed early though and get up around 7:30 am.
The downstairs doesn't have a/c. It does stay cooler due to it being a basement, and we have fans for each room.
You may use our wifi and Netflix account! Parking is available on the street (except during winter) or in the open spot to the side of the garage.

Summary: Very nice host family. Quick to respond to any need. Lovely yard and clean, well-stocked kitchen and bath. Relaxing environment and great mattresses!!! That in itself can make or break a trip for me. Very short walk to a paved walking path. We rented this Vrbo because it’s near some of our family. Worked out great. Short distance from a major grocery store which is convenient. Just a great place overall.

Summary: We gifted a stay at this VRBO for our daughter and her husband. They stayed for a little over 2 weeks before he left to go overseas with the military. It was just what they needed. Great communication and it was just as described!

Summary: This place was perfect for what I needed - a small place near north Ogden. It is a basement and the owners are upstairs as stated in the listing - but all communication was via text and they were very respecful of my privacy. Plenty of space to store/dry ski equipment - but if youre trying to make it to Powder or Snow Basin in questionable weather I'd recommend either taking the Ogden bus going the south route (up 12th street) - that north mountain pass was not well maintained.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay here, loved the unit and the host. The unit was simple but very spacious and clean. Everything we needed was provided, from soap to towels and kitchen ware. The beds were very comfortable with great pillows and excellent closet space with shelves/drawers. There was even a washer/dryer and a huge tv. The area was very safe with little traffic. I enjoyed the walkway along the street and golf course. There is an open area behind the house so there are no houses behind them. And an incredible view of Ben Lomond Peak. The host immediately took care of the small issue we had. I will stay here anytime I am in the area.
