Positive: The price is not too cheap but just reasonable, but much better than the hotels that you can stay in this price range in Hannover Messe period. Landlord knows what is hospitality. The property is clean, and has everything you need, including a brand-new 4k TV, enough towels, kitchen essentials, appliances, coffee, tea, and even salt & petter, and detergents. The agent required the deposit in the booking email, but the landlord actually didn't require it. I could check in earlier and even the landlord offered me the late checkout that I may have needed. The property is conveniently located from the U-bahn station, and definitely I'll stay here again when I come to Hannover!

Negative: Here is not a complaint, but a suggestion for improvement. Drying rack: it makes your laundry more convenient. Writing desk: without it, I ended up doing all my work at the dining table, so I didn’t make much use of the light-filled living room Balsamic vinegar & olive oil: I’ve seen them elsewhere before, and they were very handy if you’re only staying for a few days to avoid leftovers
