As you drive through the little woods to this property, you begin your CARES AWAY experience! The private second story 1,000 sq. Ft. Pool house apartment sleeps 4 and includes a full kitchen, large open living area, covered balcony porch, and an in-ground pool right outside your door! Perfect for football weekends, attending events at nearby wedding venues, equestrian centers, Newberry softball and archery venues, BMX venue, the Florida springs, business travellers, and winter vacationers. The large bedroom has a king sized bed that can be made into two twins. The living room has a trundle daybed (2 twins), and air mattresses are available for additional guests, if needed. Pack n Play for a baby is also provided if needed. You will appreciate the high quality bedding, affording you a great night's sleep.
If you like to cook, the full kitchen is equipped with all the basics. Your hosts welcome you with chilled bottled water, a bowl of snack choices, and a Keurig coffee maker with an assortment of coffee/tea/ hot chocolate/ cider drinks. Grill all your favorites on the gas grill for your use! If you would like, continental breakfasts can be provided for up to 4 guests for $10 a day.
Enjoy your favorite shows and sports on the flat screen T.V. with satellite service. Wi-Fi is provided. Relax and savor your meals on the covered balcony porch or play games around the vintage enamel topped table indoors. Take a dip in the pool! An outdoor enclosed shower and beach towels are provided for your convenience. A stacked washer/ dryer is available for guest use in the garage. There is also a ground floor library for quiet reading.
You are in the country, but so close to everything! 10 minutes to Publix, Town of Tioga, Starbucks, and restaurants on the west edge of Gainesville. For football games, leave your car at World of Beer in Town of Tioga and take the shuttle to the game! 20 minutes to the heart of the University of Florida campus. It's just a short drive to all the great Florida Springs (Ginnie, Blue). 10 minutes to Canterbury Equestrian venue, BMX competition venue, Champions Park softball venue,, Easton Center, and Little Forest Farm and Clark Plantation wedding venues.
