The property is about 30 minutes north of Milwaukee. It is located within a few miles of bars, restaurants, grocery stores, parks etc. The place is 1,300 sq ft so very spacious and comfortable for big groups and long term stays. No parties or extra guests are allowed unless approved.
Early check in is ONLY available if the cleaner gets it cleaned early. I will notify you if early check in is available the day of. I cannot guarantee early check in otherwise. Normally she does have it ready early but I can’t make promises. :)

Summary: We were in town for a family reunion. The house was just as shown in the listing and the host responded immediately to a question I had. The location is perfect - in a quiet neighborhood but very close to anything you would need.

Summary: Plenty of amenities including soaps, shampoos, paper products, coffee, tea and creamers. Very tidy and a good amount of space. Wish something could be done about the faint smell of stale smoke. Other than that a nice place to stay.

Summary: Everything was clean and orderly. Quiet - even with shared tenants in other side of building. Quiet neighborhood but still close to shopping and fast food. Very convenient. Very happy with our stay.

Summary: We were in Germantown for a Graduation party. We usually stay at the in-laws but with multiple families in town we wanted to find our own place. Our teens loved having their own room. Master bedroom is very good size, walk-in closest. We streamed a few movies; and walked to brunch in old downtown. Also made a close drive to many other food options and 2 grocery stores in the newer parts of town. No issues at all sharing a shower, but also has a 2nd - 1/2 bath. Very happy to have a place that allowed a lot more space and more convenience than staying at a hotel.
