Positive: The locarion was great, close to where we had to be. Value for your money. Nice to have the option of a kitchen.

Negative: The basboards in the bathroom need to be dusted, the towels didn't smelll like they wete freshly washed. The kids were noisy in the morning.. A fussier customer would have more of a problem but I overlook these as minor inconvineces. The room is not where I spend most of my time when I am traveling for work.

Positive: The suite itself was wonderful! Very clean, very nice setup for one or two people.

Negative: The noise at 4:54 am both mornings I stayed. The person that got up sounded like he was coming thru the floor it was so loud. Woke me up both mornings, multiple times. No real contact with the hosts.

Positive: Quiet and comfortable. Good value. Big windows. Comfortable bed.

Negative: Upon arrival, the place looked a little poorly maintained (the grass was quite high), but not a problem. There seemed to be a musty smell in the apartment, but we opened the windows for a while and that helped.

Positive: It was okay. My favourite part was when I received some very rude, nasty and insulting messages from the host a couple of days after we checked out from the property! That was the best part of the whole experience!

Negative: The shower handle was broken so it was very difficult to get the shower to turn on. The pillows on the bed were very thin and the couch was very uncomfortable to sit on too. Also when we first arrived, there was a pair of shoes in front of the entrance door to our suite so we weren’t sure if someone was inside when we arrived. Also there was a couple of dishes left in the sink and there was still water left in the kettle from the previous guests. So, I guess you get what you pay for, but I still think that we overpaid for what it actually was worth. Also, we had some issues trying to get the washing machine to start and the host was not very helpful with that issue at all.. and other than that, it was pretty horrible to receive some very nasty, insulting, immature and very rude messages from the host a couple of days after our stay had ended there over some mixup with booking.com that was actually completely out of my control!

Summary: If you want to have a hard time with the amenities, and be insulted by the host, go right ahead and waste your money her

Positive: I liked the ease with which I could find everything and the system to come in and go was easy too. I liked the cozy bed too

Negative: It would be great if there was another mug in addition to the one I found. The knob to controls the water temp and to turn the water on/off is a little funny on the shower but that’s it! it was a great stay!

Positive: The unit looks updated with lots of storage space, items in cabinets for prepping food, great coffee machine, fantastic communications with prompt response, location is fantastic if you are at an event in George Preston arena. Fireplace is lovely.

Negative: I wish they had cable for news, but youtube got us some news and Netflix gave us entertainment. If you have a noisy person above you, you can hear them, but I messaged the owners who responded immediately and I spoke with the people above and the following night was very quiet.

Summary: Well worth it, and would stay there again.
