Positive: Location could not possibly be better. Parking was a reserved space directly in front of the lodging, On the town square...best I've ever experienced in my travels

Negative: Comforter and pillows were not thoroughly rinsed...they had a "soapy" odor to them.

Summary: With the location and the parking, this lodging is a tremendous value!

Positive: We enjoyed our stay very much. When we first arrived we simply rang the outside bell and within minutes the host/owner appeared to give us the keys and a tour of the property. He was extremely accommodating and a total joy to interact with despite we didn't speak one word of Czech nor did he speak one word of English Despite the language barrier we used Google translate and the check in process etc was a joyful and memorable experience. We were provided a parking pass to place on our dashboard and we were fortunate to find a spot directly outside the apartment door. For departure we were told to ring the outside door bell and once again the host quickly appeared and we were able to return the keys and parking pass. The apartment has every single thing anyone would require for a stay. There is a lovely back garden area to relax and enjoy a beverage or a meal. The pictures posted were exactly as we found the apartment. This product is a steal for the money charged and we would repeat the choice if ever back in Telc.

Negative: Not one thing.

Positive: The only minus is that breakfast is not offered. But you can prepare it in the kitchen which is part of apartment and eat it in the garden, which is full of beautiful flowers ... The owner who invited me is a kind man, he explained everything to me, keys, front door, lights ... I thing that this apartment must be very comfortable in hot summer, because the house is very old made from stone.

Summary: Comfortable, spacious, clean nice apartment, windows to the flower garden, charming :-).
