Summary: Rented property close to my in-laws. The house was clean and had a well appointed kitchen. The property was older, but everything worked great and was very comfortable. The pool was clean and overall we had a very good experience.

Summary: Loved our stay, it was close to other family members staying in Sun City West. Had a great time. I thought the pool was heated but it wasn’t. The first two weeks of our stay the weather was really hot so the pool felt good. We couldn’t use the pool the last week as the water was too cold. The house was comfortable & I would stay there again. The floors could use a good scrubbing as my white socks were dirty. Loved the outdoor space, Had a great trip!

Summary: Great property location for golf and recreation center. Kathy was very gracious but not real easy to contact. She was ill and this absence left us without support for Internet. Back yard property was not clean due to high winds. I contacted Kathy and she had little or no desire to clean it. Therefore, the only thing we used it the backyard was the barbecue grill. I had to clean the grill and purchase propane too. The kitchen was very stocked and functional. The couch was very used and broken down in the TV room. I would need some assurances about cleanliness from Kathy before I would consider this property for a future rental.

Summary: We love staying at this beautiful house when we come to SCW. Everything is just perfect… from the pool, to the use of a golf cart, to the roomy space! The owner is so helpful and does everything to make our stay enjoyable. Thank you so much!!!
