Summary: This private casita is large and well-equipped for a week (or more) stay. Frederika is a wonderful host. Very responsive and not intrusive. This location is not close to anything (except the Saguaro Corners restaurant and the entrance to the Saguaro Park - East), but that's what you're looking for -- a quiet, isolated, peaceful spot at the edge of the desert.

Summary: Frederica is a most welcoming host, so friendly, accessible and accommodating. The casita and setting is absolutely the best we have found. The casita is beautifully decorated and stocked with everything one could need, so cozy, the deck situated perfectly for bird watching, sunsets, and any desert critters that may pass by - we missed the javelina but did see (within just a few feet of the deck) and hear coyotes in the evenings. We will plan to see the javelina on our next visit, for we will surely return. Thank you, Frederica, for a perfectly relaxing and peaceful stay.

Summary: Mu husband and I spent 2 nights in the Dragonfly Casita which was very comfortable with fantastic mountain views! We even saw some of the local wildlife right from the back porch. Frederika, the host has really set-up a very welcoming environment with everything you could possible need including complimentary drinks. We will definitely be back! Thank you Frederika for a fantastic experience!

Summary: We are so glad to have found Dragonfly Casita in Tucson!! It was terrific! We needed a spot for my husband and I as we were in town for a friend's retirement party. For us it was perfectly located to both where the party was as well as where my husband needed to go for work while we were there. It is a lovely view of the mountains and wildlife would make it's appearance. We sat on the little back patio and had our coffee/tea a couple of mornings. Fredrika was an awesome host! She even left us a plate of cookies and there were some drinks in the fridge and ice in the freezer! Pots and pans, though not very many, were fine for what we needed and they were stainless steel which I greatly appreciated! She has done such a terrific job of making this place outstanding! We will definitely stay there again if we're going to be that way!! Thank you so much Frederika!!!
