Summary: My experience was very good. The location was great, close to the main places to visit: close to Madelo Port, Casa Rosada, Cathedral, Teatro Cólon, Recoleta and many other places. We went to Tigre, a nice trip. The Hotel is very clean, with an excellent coffee, attendants well prepared who gave us precise informations. I recomend everybody to experience this Hotel in your next trip to Buenos Ayres.

Summary: The room was good sized and comfortable. It was at the front of the property, so some street noise. But not too bad. Many options at breakfast and the quality was good. Staff friendly and helpful.

Summary: My trip was going well until I had a hotel staff (receptionist) ask me if I had a room there and what is my room number. I've stayed in thousands of hotels, I've even worked in a 4 star hotel for 9 years and I've never been asked that question before. The Receptionist was a young male and as I was walking into the hotel the staff member (receptionist) with the security guard looked at me strangely. Then he (the receptionist) came running to me asking me these questions while I was going to take the elevator. I did feel disrespected but I don't want to pull the race card here even though I think that was the issue. Anyways people working in Hotels have to be careful of who they're dealing with. They don't know that I write hundreds of reviews per week and that I work in Aviation. I'm not going to give this hotel a bad name but they can do better. Like they say one bad apple can spoil the whole bunch!

Summary: It is a clean location near dining and shopping. Staff very friendly and helpful. So is the cleaning personnel The front desk rarely answers the desk. You have to call 3-5 times before someone answers. Breakfast is continental; Just adequate.

Summary: The staff were hospitable and willing to be helpful. The dark (black) hallways were indicative of what were portrayed as 'hourly' hotels in 70's movies. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the bathtub shower combo was hazardous. The breakfast was sparse at best.
