Positive: Been coming here for many years reception and staff are all really helpful. The refurbishment is ok

Negative: We need the piano bar back and the layout of bar area means that sometimes Queues and shuts for guests at 11 pm unless your in a suite and no entertainment after 10.30 pm

Positive: The communal areas, the pool, and the restaurant are beautifully and tastefully furnished. The accommodation offers a stunning view of the bay. The staff is friendly, and meals were always served smoothly—especially considering that this is a huge hotel with a large number of guests. The food is delicious, though not particularly special. The drinks are of good quality and feature well-known brands.

Negative: The rooms didn’t receive as much of the tasteful design as the hotel’s communal areas. They are simple, somewhat outdated, and show signs of use. There are very few elevators. However, the view makes up for these shortcomings. There is a live music program every evening, which can be a bit noisy if you’re spending time in your room. It’s not too bad, but you can definitely hear the party. Anyone coming here should be prepared for the crowd, which mainly consists of families with young children and retired tourists. The hotel is huge and very busy, so relaxation takes on a “different dimension” here.

Positive: Food was nice. 8pm party for kids wqs great and kids pool also, staff polite and nice.

Negative: Shower not draining and hasnt been fixed when were there.
