Positive: The house was a spacious period property on a well managed historic estate. The main living room had plenty of seating. The bedrooms and bathrooms were great quality and very comfortable. The kitchen was well kitted out for larger groups and the dining room perfect for eating together and playing games. Nice space outside for garden chairs. Good public footpaths also on the doorstep and along the river.

Positive: The house was wonderful, fully equipped and so clean and stylish, we had a wonderful weekend , the garden the grounds all so well kept and the chapel was stunning , host where so welcoming and accommodating, I would highly recommend this beautiful home

Positive: The house was very well equipped for a large group, there was lots of space and the grounds were beautiful!

Negative: The kitchen and sofas were a bit dated but functional and comfortable. It was a shame that the pool wasn't open considering the amazing weather we have been having, but understand that this is a big effort to run and we weren't expecting it to be when we booked for a April weekend.

Positive: The house was very well equipped and had a lovely relaxed feel. We really appreciated the welcome basket (and the dog treats!) The hosts were very helpful when we realised we had forgotten birthday candies and brought us some. The frames with history of the house were really interesting too!
