Positive: Cottage was clean well equipped and the bed and sofa were very comfy Site was lovely tidy and quiet and instructions to get there were easy to follow Was excellent value and would certainly recommend Primrose cottage

Negative: Shower was hard to turn on and off would have been tricky to do for some people Kitchen knives weren't very sharp made it hard to cut and slice items Apart from that things were spot on

Positive: This was a pleasant, clean and quiet location to use as a base for exploring mid-Wales. The house rules were sensible and fit in with the local area. The owner's are relatively new to these properties and welcomed feedback.

Negative: When staying somewhere with an equipped kitchen I would hope to have to hand the tools required to make a half-decent cake and a roast dinner. The kitchen could do with a set of weighing scales. I added a whisk to the inventory, as well as grease-proof paper and kitchen foil for the next occupants. There is a blocked gutter, which meant during the periods of heavy rain it overflowed and landed heavily to the side of the front door to the property - quite disruptive of an evening. The above are all easily solvable issues, so I would be very happy to stay in this location, or any other owned by the same people.
