Summary: Lady at the desk refused my reservation saying she told them she wasn't doing the online reservations anymore. repeatedly. Stayed anyways as I needed a room. Room smelled a little odd, not bad, but something scented for cleaning? and towels and toilet paper were low grade and no shampoo or conditioner, just a single soap bar in the bathroom.

Summary: Dead bugs in the room, stained towels, poor lighting, bathroom had absolute minimum amount of amenities. Toilet right at the bathroom door.

Summary: The property was very clean and well maintained. Staff was extremely friendly. Unfortunately the area around the property was not a good part of town and we felt very unsafe. The occupants of the hotel room adjacent to ours had a screaming fight at 2am and I had to call police when the male occupant started trying to break down the door with his head. He was screaming obscenities. The owners/staff of the property did not appear to respond to this incident. Had I nit phoned 911, I'm not sure anyone would have done anything. My children and I were absolutely terrified and will never stay at this property or in this area ever again.

Summary: It was very quiet for a busy commercial location. Easy to access everything we needed before arriving. Hot shower! Very friendly welcoming service. We will return.
