Summary: Everything in this property was as advertised. It was clean and cool when we arrived and was the perfect layout for our large group of people. In the past we've always been on a dock with rougher waters, so it was nice to be located in the no wake zone to just sit and relax in the water.

Summary: This home was phenomenal. We had tons of room, it was well equipped with everything we needed, and the dock was really convenient and well maintained. We saw deer daily in the yard and the golf course was excellent. We will definitely stay here again.

Summary: Upon our inspection, we noticed that the house was not as clean as expected. The outside grill was currently unusable. We believe that for the price we paid the property should have been better maintained and equipped for comfortable stay(dishwasher and Jacuzzi didn’t work). Communication and location excellent!!!

Summary: We planned this family trip for my parents 70th anniversary and it began with cleaning service not being done on time and then door code didn’t work, so outside with melting groceries until we got a new code. Dock ladder was missing so we couldn’t swim from the dock, Owner said previous renters broke it, but it was advertised as having one. Brought meals to make on grill and the burners were rusted out and could easily catch fire. In addition, the fire extinguisher by the grill was expired. We’re really concerned this could be a very dangerous situation and is not safe. We sent the owner a video and pictures but he didn’t seem concerned. We have rented numerous houses over the past 50 years and have never had a problem. I
