Summary: The parking was easy and secure. The internet was extremely slow at times. Easy commute to activities in Moab, UT.

Summary: My stay at the Preston / Nutter House was excellent! It was clean, quiet and comfortable. The owner was informative and quick to respond to my questions. Close to Moab & hiking trails, like 35-40 mins away, the drive scenic was enjoyable. The last night there we were able to do a firepit and just enjoy the clear night sky with stars, it was beautiful. Highly recommended.

Summary: House is clean and comfortable, great communication with host. Only one thing we didn't like is train track very close to the house and trains are running several times every night

Summary: We’ve stayed here on seven different occasions over the years. Always clean and comfortable, reasonably priced for what you get. Perfect spot for Side by Side riding (plenty of room for trailer parking)

Summary: This place was very clean and comfortable. It had the minimum (but enough) of what you would need to cook. Right next to a railroad track that only came through town one night. The rest was daytime hours 630pm and 630am were about the latest and earliest. But it was a gem town in a great location to the canyon and lots of cool places to get away from the crowds. Loved our stay
