Positive: Nice kitchen and living spaces. Great shower. Convenient for the train.

Negative: The bathroom door handle did not work. One of our group got stuck for 10 minutes. Had to implement an interim fix myself. The toaster would not work. There was not enough toilet paper for our duration of stay.

Positive: Beautiful well appointed apartment only 20 minutes walk from the centre or the beaches. Top class fixtures and finishes and very comfortable beds. Tv had lots of channels including Netflix and Prime.

Positive: The apartment is very modern, very spacious and in a good location. It was clean and generally a nice place to stay. Good size tv and good wifi. Balcony was nice and there was clean towels, washing up items, some dishwasher tablets and toilet paper to get us started. The letting agent was communicative and responsive which we appreciated. Easy to check in and we were allowed to check in early which was greatly appreciated.

Negative: Unfortunately our stay was a little spoiled because of an issue with the boiler. After a few minutes in the shower, the boiler would cut out and flash up an error, and the water would go cold. A hot shower is a basic requirement for accomodation for me, so this was really problematic. If you wanted to wash your hair the shower would keep going cold. We could reset the boiler to get it working again but this was just extremely inconvenient and not what we were expecting. We did have a maintenance man come to look at it, who stated he was aware of the issue and had already looked at it previously but that it was 'probably a gas supply issue and the pipes and supply need looking at'. To know it was a known issue and not mentioned to us before our stay was really disappointing to hear. We also found the kitchen was quite lacking in equipment. 2 wine glasses for an apartment that can acommodate 6 people wasn't great. Only 4 mugs and glasses, not sufficient chopping knives for food prep, and there was an induction hob but pans in the cupboard that don't work on an induction hob? It took us some time to figure out why we couldn't get it to heat up! Just overall some of these standards let the place down for us. Our stay was nice but could definitely have been improved.
