Negative: getting to my room required a long walk, and the room itself wasn’t very clean. The breakfast was okay, but it could be improved by adding more international options

Positive: Swimming Pool was nice, water was warm. The beach area was good, clean, however more sun umbrellas would be nice. The breakfast was really good, very tasty, fresh fruits and a big variety for all tastes. The free shuttle to reach SunWorld on the west side of the island was appreciated. We watched the "Kiss of the sea" show that was included in our booking, we enjoyed it. The hotel room as well as the complete facilities were very clean. The life guards were very attentive, especially Nhat at the beach area, who helped us with a minor incident.

Negative: The level of English of the staff was inacceptable for this level of hotel, we faced major issues communicating the simplest topics. They made an effort to help but it was very challenging. The hotel lacked overall the atmosphere of a resort. The common area is very small and barely anyone using it. At 10pm they turn off the lights, collect the rackets for table tennis, the snooker equipment, etc. so nothing could be done for entertainment. The food and drinks in the hotel restaurant was very overpriced in comparison to the restaurant right in front of the hotel. Wifi was quite slow and not available in all areas of the complex and connection dropped quite often.

Positive: liked the beach and that we could order our meals and drinks from our table . We did go out at night to ohtre rsorts and restaurants as the menu at night was the same as lunch. i suggest you put an Italian or Sth American night on once a week so we dont need to leave the resort.

Negative: my husband complained that each time he would go to the bathroom in different common areas there was always a female cleaner who would walk in . This is an invasion of privacy , there should be a sign that there is a cleaner inside , so he is aware . OR the cleaner who is female should wait until there are no men in the toilets . This is very disappointing that a hotel of this level has females cleaning toilets , who walk in with no warning . when he was at the urinal he felt like she was watching him and he was very very uncomfortable . Unacceptable really.
