Positive: They left a lot of stuff that we could use, like the tennis rackets which we had a lot of fun with and other stuff, the rooms were very clean and the kitchen was stocked with anything you might need

Negative: One of the Bathroom doors was a bit fiddly to lock, but otherwise everything was very good

Positive: Fantastic location across from the dunes & just 5 mins drive into Borth. The site is quiet and view from the caravan is lovely. The caravan is spacious and well equipped. The bed linen was clean & freshly laundered.

Negative: It is not quite as described - there are no sofa beds. One of the sofas is long & wide enough for one person to sleep on as a single bed but neither sofa actually turns into a proper bed. There are two bedrooms which are fine. We were surprised to find it had not been cleaned properly, the fridge had lots of half opened food left including some raw chicken left in unsealed packaging that is actually a food safety risk. The microwave was also dirty & spattered with red sauce, we had to scrub it before we could use it. There was a greasy, breadcrumby baking tray in the oven. Two of the towels left out for us were dirty & stained, they were folded together with the clean ones. We were surprised by how we found it, as other reviews had all said it was clean.

Summary: Fantastic location, nice size, great views. Needs more care & attention.

Positive: It was in the most beautiful location, very clean, really beautiful static caravan! We had an amazing time, the cafe on the park was brilliant. Easy walk into Borth itself, or literally straight over the road from the absolutely stunning ynslas nature reserve with the most perfect beach- golden sand, beautifully clear water and not many people- it's like having your own private beach!

Negative: Couldn't find anything wrong at all. Site was perfect, caravan perfect, area absolutely stunning

Positive: A lovely location right next to the nature reserve and a short walk to the beach front. The accommodation was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the large veranda and sun loungers.

Negative: My only negative was the steps as the grip material covering them was loose and my mum has recently had a knee replacement so she was a bit worried about going up and down without tripping, especially as we had quite a lot of rain!

Positive: Nice comfortable static home. Great area, 5 min walk to beach across sand dunes. Very quiet and peaceful. Cafe/restaurant on site but I didn't go in. Large enclosed patio area which was nice to sit out on in the evening. Dog friendly and secure (need to keep dog on lead on grassy area but beach is dog friendly all year round). Has everything you need, linen, towels etc. Great communication from owner.

Negative: Steps leading up/down to the home were abit tricky, possibly needs new grip.

Summary: Comfortable and peaceful - dog friendly too!

Positive: A nice clean site with a shop and restaurant, which opens from Wednesday to Sunday Beach is near by just across the golf course and as a path, which is ok for abled, but not OK for disabled persons, you can also access the flat beach at the very bottom of the Road in which you can park on the beach for a charge of £4.00 There's also free parking for Blue badge holders, and that looks over to Aberdovey estery.. Your closest little village is Borth, with a few shops and pubs Your also not far from the the main road that takes you to Machynlleth and Aberdovey and Aberystwyth Mike the owner even left us a nice bottle 🍼 and some much liked stick of my favourite mint rock and a jar of mint humbugs, all the family enjoyed them thank you
