Positive: The apartment was nice. It was clean and comfortable, which is crucial when travelling. We were there for New Year's eve and we were left a bottle of champagne, two home-made cake pieces and a fruit bowl - which was so thoughtfull. The host was so very kind and friendly, texting us to check how we are and wether we need anything. It was a lovely genuine interaction.

Negative: The location was an issue in our opinion, because the whole neighbourhood area didn't feel safe. Another thing which was disappointing was that the thermostat inside the apartment was locked in a box, so we couldn't adjust the temperature and the apartment became very cold at some point. The host kindly explained that due to Municipal regulations, they are not allowed to keep their spaces very warm, but honestly this felt a bit ridiculous. The host offered to come and adjust the temperature, but that wasn't something we wanted during our stay. Another thing that was a bit strange was that 2 parts of the huge wardrobe in the bedroom had signs 'Staff Only' and they were locked. Generally, we felt that the price for the stay was way a bit too high considering these inconveniences.

Positive: A fantastic apartment with everything we needed and more besides, very well equipped and some lovely extra touches like flowers, fruit, milk and coffee and even welcome cake! The hosts were super friendly and helpful and available whenever we needed. If I ever return to Milan I will definitely stay here.

Negative: Not a fault with the apartment but the street is a little noisy so I was pleased i brought ear plugs so I wasn't disturbed

Positive: The apartment was well equipped with everything you need. The host provided more if you needed. It was very clean and the bed was very very comfortable

Negative: There wasn't much we didn't like. Just a longer walk to the metro with bags. But there were plenty of restaurants and places to eat nearby
