Positive: Very good food! Both morning and evening. Very clean. The pool area was very very good. The children loved it.
Negative: You pay for parking? That is too much, I think. That should definitely be in the price you pay.

Positive: Very friendly staff in restaurant, check out and in splash. Great breakfast, clean room. Splash was too very good for my son. We was not in pool, only indoor playground
Negative: Parking for 8€/night only for hotel guest. Other ppl can parking for free.

Positive: It was great to have access to Splash Erlebniswelt, that’s what made the trip worth it. The apartment was spacious. The breakfast was excellent.
Negative: The apartment we stayed in is in need of renovation and an upgrade of furniture. In the winter, only the a la Carte restaurant is open, with a buffet. We ate there once and will never do so again. The food was awful. And charging 37€, felt like a robbery.

Positive: It was good that there was a sauna inside the hotel because I couldn't go out for two days of my stay in the hotel and used the sauna downstairs, which was clean and good. The breakfast was a buffet, which I think was delicious and varied. The view from the balcony of the room was beautiful. The hotel reception was very polite and the restaurant staff were also kind.
Negative: We booked the hotel in December and the weather was very cold and stormy and I have an eight-month-old son who was really struggling to take him to the restaurant and the water park because I had to put him in warm clothes and take them off again twenty times a day. I mean, we had to walk the distance from the hotel to the restaurant and the pool, which was very, very cold, and I was constantly worried that we would catch a cold. Also, the pool water and its showers are really horrible!!! They were cold, and I hardly used the pool myself, and I kept my little son constantly in the water of the children's pool because the air around the pool was really cold and you could feel that there was even wind. Of course, I think the ice water showers were much, much worse because I saw many people who did not take a shower before the pool or in the sauna because of the cold water!!! Of course, they were right, but it is really a health problem. Another thing that really surprised me in this hotel was that you had to pay even for a bottle of mineral water, while I saw in other restaurants that water was charged at least once a day. The surprising part was that in addition to the cost of buying a bottle of water, you had to pay an extra €9 to bring water!!! I really do not understand this!!! We were there during the Christmas holidays and all the shops in town were closed and we had to buy but it's unfair to be charged 9 euro extra! The next problem was the irregular cleaning schedule of the room, they only came for cleaning from the third day and we had to apply for the next days! In addition, under the bed and the TV table were very dirty and it looked like it had not been cleaned for a long time. The next important point is that the electrical outlets in the room were not secured and it was dangerous for travelers who have children of any age because children like to play with the outlets and there was no safety cover.
