Positive: Great location from the interstate. The two older employees really know customer service. There were a significant amount of channels to surf when we were back in the room. I also was able to read a good book in the lobby area.

Negative: The younger employee checked my room out to a man right after we checked in, and he was trying to enter my room with a key from the front desk. The only reason he couldn't enter was that we had the latch on in addition to the locks. The breakfast selection was scarce to nonexistent every morning. I had to exchange the comforter due to a blood stain. The key card kept being deactivated throughout my stay, and it was not in a purse, wallet, or next to demagnetizing items.

Positive: The beds were extremely comfortable. Our first night, looked like the staff knew how to take care of a room really well. The second night, I'll post below. It was a good pool area.

Negative: The second night, the staff looked like they were trained well, but not as well executed. There was no toilet paper or tissues. I had to ask and never got the tissues. Breakfast was disappointing. They had waffle appliances, but they were not functioning. No juice or hot water although they had those containers out with notes both times. Checkout was hard because the guy at the front desk did not speak English very well or understand it. Also they are changing to an independent hotel from Choice Hotels. If they continue to decline as they have in my two visits, they will not last very long. It was also hard to find because they have not changed their signage to Precious Hotel.

Summary: Good, but the future's not promising.

Positive: I just needed a bed to sleep in. It provided that.

Negative: The soap in the bathroom was not on the sink but on the back of the toilet. It was a strange place for it and took us awhile to notice. But there was fingernail polish remover. Also strange. Something I’ve never seen at a hotel but I’m guessing maybe some appropriate it. Also. The breakfast was not good. Even the fruit offered was literally 1 brown banana.

Positive: The bed was extremely comfortable, and I slept great. Staff was friendly and conveniently located. Overall, I was satisfied and would stay again.

Negative: The hotel needs updating and didn't love they put me in a room that someone was already in at 1st.
