Summary: Our hosts Maureen and Bruce made us feel very welcome. We were made to feel like family with everything supplied that could ever be needed. We sat out on the porch for much of the evening enjoying the relaxing environment. Breakfast dining in their wonderful dining room was a delight. Our only regret is that we didn't have more time to enjoy the area. Thank you both.

Summary: This is a unique and special place for those who want to step back in time. We stayed the night before at your generic hotel—mono-chromatic colors, steel furniture and the same breakfast you find everywhere. That won’t be your experience here! You’ll step into a home from the early 1900’s, lovingly restored with rich wood trims, antique furniture and floral fabrics. Every nook and cranny is interesting and thoughtful touches abound. The breakfast is homemade and served by the hosts. Don’t expect a hotel, look forward to a home. Take time to walk the grounds and enjoy the peace and serenity of a truly special and one of a kind retreat.

Summary: Stayed here for my wife's birthday. We had a great experience. There were a few issues with the first room but they owners did a great job of fixing those issues. We were very happy with their response and plan to stay again.
