Summary: Generally great. Good location, clean and fair sized rooms. Nice lounge. But my friend stayed in the same rate of room that I had and he had an espresso coffe maker and bathroom amenaties. I had neither which was dispaointing.

Summary: Room was clean and the hotel desk staff and cleaning staff were attentive. The restaurant staff come across as short tempered and there was an incident where they tried to rip us off with a dessert. I had ordered the chocolate cake after having it a few days prior. The presentation was so good I took a picture. When I ordered it on this particular night it was smaller and lacked the fruit and chocolate that accompanied the first. Staff informed me that this was normal until I showed them the picture. Then they became dismissive and rude.
