Positive: Location was good; place was decent but NO HOT TUB as advertised. Called to complain was promised a partial refund for one night and it’s NEVER happened

Negative: No hot tub; no curtains or blinds on back glass doors.; trouble with internet; no air conditioning

Positive: Loved the super comfy bed and pillows, the mountain views, the peaceful setting, the outdoor patio, and all the small details that made it extra homey like quality chef knives and excellent skillets! Enjoyed the breeze and fresh air too.

Negative: It’d be nice to have linen or cotton bedding for the warm summer months instead of polyester.

Summary: I would stay here for months on end if I could. Cannot recommend it enough. Thank you!!

Positive: The photos should be retaken, they so not do the property justice. This property is much nicer than the photos show. The property is well appointed and very comfortable. The entertainment center is easy to use and works well. We would stay here again.

Negative: This property is in need of a deep cleaning. The walls, doors (particularly the trash door) are all in need of cleaning. Particular attention should be given to rid the house of cobwebs. The couch is in need of a good cleaning also.

Positive: The photos of the inside are exactly what we found. The place is very nice. And the kitchen was well stocked with nice things. It was probably the best kitchen set up we have used in a rental. The picture windows had great views. The enclosed patio was very nice. The heated floors were great. And it was minutes from everything in Taos. And it was very quiet. No road noise, only birds.

Negative: The outside of the place made it look abandoned. My wife would not get out of the car till I went around and made sure this was the right place. Weeds as tall as me in some spots.... right by the front door. The back patio had so much dust and dirt on it we had to clean it to sit down. And weeds everywhere. Even dog poop in the rocks. Right next to the poop scooper. The outside had not been taken care of for months. A junk all around the front door, Some type of abandon ski lift stuff tossed in the bushes. The inside was clean and nice. The windows were super clean but there was a lot of dust under the beds. We liked the place, And my wife pulled a lot of weeds so we could sit out back. I did the sweeping and dog poop clean up job outside. Honestly, if the owners spent 3 hours weed whacking, getting rid of junk, and spraying weeds, and some dusing inside. the place would be perfect.

Negative: The front was simply too dark. The numbers for the property were not on the actual building and was not lit. We tht we were lost.
