Positive: The sauna and the breakfast staff.

Negative: I had to go up the stairs with my suitcase by myself. No support at all from the man who did my check in. Breakfast was regular very different from what I saw on previous reviews. The ladies were very fast and friendly, but as there were a lot of people having breakfast, they needed extra help. Also the room that I stayed, had 3 different levels and I almost felt down when I arrived.

Positive: The room was large and it has a good kitchen.

Negative: The bathroom was tiny as the towels. The bedsheet was smaller than the actual bed. The breakfast staff was helpless. There's no clue about the ridiculous amont of stairs.

Summary: It's ok. Not suitable for handicapped people.

Positive: Beautiful view, great breakfast and friendly staff. Easy to access and with enough parking lots.

Negative: we probably had a bit of bad luck with our neighbors but the TV of the next room was noisy and the wall too thin to avoid the noise. Later the TV was off but many mosquitoes bother a bit our sleep. Is good to have some repellent on you own, same for a bottle of water since the fridge in the room was empty.

Summary: Nice place to stay in Penedo. close to the city and the nature with an amazing view.
