Positive: The room was excellent, with a super comfortable bed and pillows. The bathroom with jacuzzi was huge, adding to the room's overall appeal. Smart TV worked very well. The cleanliness of the room was outstanding. One day, we ordered dinner delivery via iFood app, and the delivery person brought it right to our room door, which was very convenient.

Negative: The breakfast at the pousada needs significant improvement; options were limited and the juice was terrible. The internet connection was very poor, making it difficult to stay connected. Reception staff needs hospitality training, we didn’t feel as welcomed guests.

Positive: We extended the booking for an additional two nights. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom with jacuzzi was spacious. The cleanliness of the room was consistently outstanding, contributing positively to our overall experience.

Negative: The hotel does not offer any options for washing clothing or ordering laundry service. This meant we had to search for a laundry service in town, which was an unexpected hassle. Balcony door needs renovation. It was difficult to open and close, which was a minor but persistent inconvenience during our stay. The sound isolation in the room was poor. One night, there was a live concert nearby around midnight, and the noise was very loud, making it hard to fall asleep. Breakfast needs improvements, especially juices which were undrinkable.

Negative: Some rooms and common areas are not yet finalized! Construction workers were going around and making noise very early in the day! Unacceptable... hotel has potential after finalized.
