Positive: The property is beautiful. The food at the restaurant was fantastic. The beach club was a great amenity that we wish we had used more. The staff was very friendly.

Negative: Unfortunately, the person in the room next door smoked on the balcony which made our balcony less enjoyable and we could smell the smoke in our room. The beach club could use better chairs.

Positive: The views were incredible and the food was really good despite it being a bit of a limited menu. The staff were also eally friendly and helpful. I would recommend for a couple or small amily looking to have a bit of privacy. They also have Alexa set up in each room which makes it quite a modern set up and the TV was set up with all the smart tv apps which was great but not sure if we just got lucky.

Negative: As the hotel is situated in a remote location and away from the port of Abrao, you can only get to the hotel by boat transfer arranged by the hotel and they charge $100 RS (equal to 20 US dollars) per person for transfer to the hotel from Abrao or back in case you want to spend some time in Abrao. We felt this was quite expensive and if you are travelling as a family this can be quite expensive. The room was nice but a bit smaller than how it is advertised on booking.com.

Positive: It’s peaceful, ideal to relax

Negative: I was really looking forward to a good night's sleep, but unfortunately, my bed was anything but comfortable. It seems that the bed base beneath the mattress was broken, creating a huge hole that made it impossible to get any rest. I mentioned this issue at the reception, but sadly, I received no positive response. Instead, I was only informed about the additional charges for water and dinner.

Positive: The room and facilities were stunning. The view is absolutely amazing with basically your own private beach - paradise on Earth!

Negative: Service could be better, staff were kind but only one was exceptionally prompt and helpful. But we understand people are on island time.

Negative: -staff is not very welcoming (a girl named Luana was confrontational since arrival) -no transportation to the nearby Abraão is included, and actually pricey (R$100 per person/trip) -we were incorrectly charged a wine bottle in our first dinner, when we requested clarification all the restaurant staff came over and still was never clear why the bottle was more expensive and not listed in the menu
