Summary: Staff are nice people. The room was dated, dirty walls and other places that the cleaning staff can't really help. Exposed box spring of the bed. Room key requires a certain je-ne-sais-quoi for it to work on the door. More of a property owner issue? Otherwise, sheets and towels were OK. A/C was cool. Internet was adequate. Shower had hot water and strong pressure. Location was less than 10-minute walk to Praia Grande, just a bit more to Praia de Anjos. Ample parking. Building and property are quaint. It's no Holiday Inn or Motel 8.

Summary: It has the basic to be expected, as a parking lot inside the hotel and air conditioninig in the room. There is also a smalll swimming pool, whose waters were naturally warm during our stay at the end of summer. Breakfast with fruits, cheesebread, cheese and coffee was fine.It is possible to walk to Praia dos Anjos, departing point of the boats, but it is half an hour.
