Positive: Absolutely everything! The facility is immaculate; ultra clean; crisp white excellent quality cotton bedsheets and towels. The staff are lovely, they treat me like a prince. I feel like I am home. Excellent location.

Negative: Absolutely nothing!

Summary: I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Volta Redonda.

Positive: The staff are absolutely lovely. The place is supremely clean. Their breakfast is the best. The bedsheets are high quality cotton superb.

Negative: Absolutely nothing, everything is outstanding.
