Positive: Great location, terrific attention by Alan, very convenient parking, spacious well-appointed apartment including kitchen and clothes washer.

Negative: Only very minor things - could provide washing detergent, written instructions for TV, which did not detract from a fantastic stay! Thanks, Alan!

Positive: The apartment is wonderful, very beautiful and comfortable! Amazing view from the window! Very convenient location - close to the train station, shops, restaurants and all the sights can be reached on foot. Tiergarten Park is right around the corner. We will be happy to come and stay there next time.

Positive: Fabulous suite in Potsdammer Platz opposite the Ritz Carlton. 2 mins walk from the S Bahn. Baker next door and lots of eateries in the area. The suite itself was exceptional. Full kitchen with coffee maker, fridge freezer, kettle and toaster. Even a washer/dryer.....spotlessly clean, bright and airy. The bed was glorious! And a special word for Alan, the owner who met me on arrival. Great guy. Welcoming, helpful and efficient....security is also top notch....

Negative: Cannot fault the place...
