Positive: Clean and comfortable. Lovely position in great ayton. Lovely walks nearby. Railway not far away. Close to shops and lovely coffee shop. Oh yes.. the property had everything you could want.

Negative: We were ok on the outside access stairs but they might not be suitable for all.

Summary: Quiet. Good sports weekend on tv… shame about the rain!

Positive: I loved it was exactly what the photos portrayed, it was spotlessly clean and modern yet felt warm and inviting. Everything was provided including additional touches. Felt very secure and private despite being right in the heart of the village. Lots of parking options right outside. Perfect location for exploring North Yorkshire, we did so much inc Whitby, Robin Hood Bay, York, Castle Howard, climbed Rosemarys Topping & Captain Cooks monument to name a few things we did in a week. Owner was lovely & welcoming, Tbh all the locals were so welcoming and polite, everyone says good morning etc to you it’s so rare these days, that made me sound so old but it’s true (I’m only aged 46 lol). Overall this property is perfect x

Positive: Well equipped, spotless apartment in a great location. Lovely host, comfortable bed and lounge and the cleanest property we have ever stayed in. We could really tell that the owner cares and looks after the property themselves. Great Ayton is a fab location to explore the area and has fab amenities all a stones throw from the apartment.

Positive: Superb equipped property. Had everything need for a pleasant holiday. Welcome pack was a nice touch from the owners.

Negative: Wasting gallons of water just to get some hot water. Had to boil the kettle quite a lot.
