Summary: The PB Hotel staff were so helpful, especially the young man at the front desk that made several excellent recommendations for restaurants.

Summary: The staff went above and beyond helpful.. they helped us book a private transfer to Munich for us and our 6 large American suitcases. They were wonderful! I didn't love having an open window to the bedroom part of my room. I prefer a private bathroom

Summary: Beautifully decorated, handy central location, rail pass included with your room rate. Bizarre choice to add a full length window from the room into the bathroom with no way of obscuring it. Zero privacy. Found myself using the toilet by torchlight in the middle of the night so as not to wake my partner by switching on the light. No coffee machine or kettle to make tea in the room. Basic stuff that can be easily fixed, which would result in a 5* review 👍

Summary: Great stopover. Really modern and clean with a lovely spacious shower area and near the main station. Tea making facilities in the room would’ve been nice though.

Summary: Hotel is good and location is great. Reception services are poor though. I was charged 9.50 euros for access to the gym - which would have been fine because the gym is great. The issue is reception never told me about the charge in advance - it suddenly appeared in my final bill. I also tried to do an early checkin which they didn’t allow me even with the hotel clearly not fully booked. Another traveller came by reception and got an early check in for a fee, which was never offered to me. In a nutshell, reception needs better training.

Summary: Attractive hotel decor. Large comfortable room, well equipped. Huge bathroom, great shower. Friendly staff. Good breakfast selection. Only issue was the very soft pillows, not to my liking
