Summary: Everything was excellent. Only issues was listing said no desk staff for check in-did iniine checkin(painful in another country) only to find fully staffed 24hrs a day.

Summary: The location was good; however, even though our room was on the first floor, it was below ground level. Because it was right next to the tram line, it was almost impossible to sleep until morning due to the noise. Additionally, the bathroom wasn't very clean, although the bed sheets and the room itself were quite clean

Summary: It would be easier to check in if Expedia and hotel communicated . Expedia said there is no front desk and check in is at different address . When in fact there is full front desk and that misinformation caused chaos . Unnecessary.
