Positive: The hotel is decent for the price we paid.

Negative: At the reception, you are required to leave your car keys. The day before our departure, our car was damaged in the hotel parking lot. When we checked out, we were given the keys back along with the manager’s explanation that they are not responsible for any damage occurring in the parking area, even though they keep the car keys and move the vehicle if necessary.

Positive: Room was fine - bed was comfy, breakfast had a few options although ‘proper coffee’ is extra.

Negative: Pool was shut (no notice given), ac in the room didn’t work - when I walked into the room it had a whiff of bathroom smell - the ac was to hopefully help but the room during the day was easily over 25 degrees with windows shut as the room facing the sun was incredibly warm. Balcony door couldn’t be left open as the rooms actually look (out to the sea) but the rooms give onto a main road (6 lanes) and it’s noisy- even at 1 am. My friend would get so hot that we waited in the corridors that did have working ac to avoid the sweating when waiting. And then the main elevator didn’t work (leaving the elevator that is like a cupboard working) for at least 2 of the days there.

Summary: Good for what was needed but maintenance and overall service orientation was very so so
