Summary: Beautiful property and winery. Food and rooms were both beautiful. Staff were outstanding. Very peaceful and quiet stay. Lovely to have the pool.

Summary: We had such a peaceful stay at Posada Salentein. The rooms are very quiet and generously sized. Beds are comfy. The restaurant was lovely with a fabulous breakfast selection offered each morning. Staff were lovely. The dinner menu for our stay was quite limited with only 3 items to choose for mains, with no vegetarian option. The trout main was outstanding! The pool was lovely however could use a refresh. Water quality was perfect nonetheless. Salentein could be even better with an activity offering of cooking class or Spanish lesson for example. A small gym or games room would fill out the day nicely. The winery tour was enjoyable and the art gallery a lovely addition.

Summary: Beautiful facilities and setting in Valle de Uco. Located within vineyards about 1.5 km from main road. Grounds maintained immaculately. Rooms all on ground level, and spread out within forest-like landscape. Plethora of birds, including doves, pheasants and numerous South American species. Excellent food quality and service. Allowed to dine at leisure for three hours. Easy access to Salentein Bodega (about 1 km) for tour and wine-tasting. Highly recommend.

Summary: It was amazing! The room was very spacious, comfortable, the bathroom was also very clean! The breakfasts were amazing and the dinner was delicious! The natural place was incredible. Highly recommended to spend two or three days and disconnect.
