Positive: This was a perfect home base for our stay in Mazunte. Araceli was an amazing hostess- very prompt to reply to any questions or requests. The room was very clean and bright with a beautiful view. Walking distance from the Main Street and restaurants. A small parking lot for our rental car. We appreciated the daily room cleaning service, the kitchenette with a stove, full size refrigerator, large bottled water, in room safe, comfortable bed, cool AC, and black out curtains. When I got sick Araceli brought me Tylenol and cough medicine and offered to call me a doctor. It was a perfect place for 2 friends to stay. I would certainly love to stay here again! Ten stars!!

Negative: The driveway was very steep to get to the parking lot. I didn’t mind it, but if you don’t have a car you will have a short good hike up a hill.

Positive: Our hosts/owners Araceli and Manuel were very friendly and attentive to our needs. Offered to clean the apartment daily, provided water and allowed us to park an ATV at their home or their neighbours. Modern, new, very clean apartment. Fully equipped kitchen with a 4 burner stovetop and microwave, full sized fridge. The views of the ocean and of the town on the mountainside (sunset) were great! Down the driveway was the main street and a 5 minute walk to the beach.

Negative: Nothing we didn't like. For me only, driving the ATV up the steep driveway with steps in between. Walking it provided some exercise for this 60+ couple :D

Summary: Highly recommend this nice, new, comfortable Apartment with all amenities.
