Positive: Excellent location near the venue at Penrice castle and for getting around to local beaches. Good off road parking, comfortable private accommodation which was ok for a few days. Some nice touches with tea/ coffee, bottled water and some snacks which were very welcome.

Negative: We didn’t need it but it does lack space for any proper food preparation, it’s ok for breakfast! There is virtually no storage so we kept most of our stuff in our bags, Main room lighting is poor the filament style bulb gives a very low light output.

Positive: The key box wasn't located where the instructions said it would be but eventually found it and all was fine after that. Parking was there for 1 car but it was a tight turn to get in. The room was well equipped but the "self catering / kitchen" side of things was very small and cramped with no surface really to put things. It was also very strange (& not sure how hygienic?) washing dishes etc in the bathroom sink. It was good to have the microwave, toaster and kettle with plenty of hot drink options that was a nice touch and ice cubes in the freezer compartment. The bathroom is of a very good size with everything really you needed and a decent shower and plenty of towels. Bed was a bit soft which wasn't really to my liking. Overall a very comfortable stay.

Negative: Hard to find the key box Bed was quite soft Not really any surfaces for doing anything food related as quite cramped. A small fold up table would have been good

Positive: Very convenient for a short stay. Very good bathroom. Well appointed , good facilities.

Negative: Needed a small table, possibly a folding one due to space available, for eating breakfast etc. Television took some working out.
