Negative: Totally disorganised in all areas - waited quite awhile before someone came to reception to book in. Room was cold no heating - checked with reception said they would fix it - but never happened. Ordered meal at 7.30 pm at restaurant meal finally came at 9.30 pm !!! We enquired how the order was going for over an hour and they kept saying it will be there in a couple of minutes - around 9 pm they came out to check what we had ordered - when it finally arrived at 9.30 pm one meal was cold and had to be sent back. Wouldn't recommend it as previous reviews had stated the same concerns - we thought they would have got their act together by now - but not so.

Positive: The staff were lovely so polite and friendly! Danny couldn’t do enough for us, we were very impressed how professional he was and dealing with very rude and aggressive man! Thank you all, we will definitely be back! 5* service

Negative: We were in Mcdonald room from which we could hear a persistent noise, like a pump or continuous washing machine. The restaurant staff were very disorganised, but they were really friendly.
