Summary: The room could’ve been cleaner, there were hairs still in the shower, smudges on the mirror and dust on the glass shelves. The breakfast was disappointing, although there was a lot to choose from, the scrambled egg and hash browns were cold. The staff were all lovely, warm and very helpful. Amenities in the room were top notch, comfy bed, small fridge, kettle and coffee maker only downfall was I booked a superior king room and bath robes weren’t included which I thought they were. Overall a good stay but room for improvement.
