Positive: Mr. Lambros is a great person. For those who want to go to the house is just around the corner, on the back lot. The owner is open to development, he has the idea of what more he can do. The sea is rocky, suitable for shoes. There are 2 places to eat, But Pirgi is 19 km, Mesta is 3 km. There is a place in Mesta that serves very good food, I recommend it. Also, don't forget to buy your wine from a place run by a woman and has homemade wine (I tried it and it tastes delicious). Do your shopping at My Market in Chios. Buy your alcohol and meat products from here. Mr. Lambros has a kitchen upstairs. In the morning, the sea is perfect and calm. Since it is in the bay, it doesn't get too much waves (for those who want peace and quiet).

Negative: There are no umbrellas or sun loungers on the beach for sunbathing.

Positive: The location is close to the village of Mesta, one of the most beatiful villages in Chios. The Port of Mesta has a lot of nice restaurants and you can also easily access a lot of nice beaches. By following the road that goes north from the port, you can visit the beautiful beaches Didymes, Potamoi, Trachili and Elinta. Afterwards, you can go to avgonima or anavatos village to eat or have a coffee. You should also visit the beaches that are close to Mesta, such as Apothika, Merikounta, Avlonia, and combine that adventure with visiting the beatiful villages of Olympoi and Pyrgi which are also relatively close to the port.

Summary: One of the best locations to explore the south and central parts of chios.

Positive: İt is a brand new hotel. We were the first visitors to stay. It was very clean, comfortable and big rooms. 1 minute walking distance to the sea. İron, cattle everything was ready. There is a big terrace with sea view where u can party, have your dinner etc. The landlord was very friendly and helpful. It is located on port of mesta, very close to Mesta, Pirgi, Olimpi and to beautiful crystal beaches. I will stay here again when I go back to the island.
