Summary: I've stayed here a few times now and each one has been great. I realize and appreciate how hard it is to keep a place at top rate...and honestly, they truly have that in mind. Especially with the size of the place, including movie theatre, deli, store, etc. That said, there's always a few glitches, be it a staff member who isn't quite on par or perhaps some other thing. I have not experienced anything that would make me give less than 5 stars however! Each stay has been comfortable, cozy and surprisingly quiet. Check in has always been swift and friendly. Rooms nicely laid out. Eco friendly soaps and such get a thumbs up (I noticed their TP could be more on eco friendly side.) Personally haven't tried their complimentary breakfast, but what they do offer--I haven't seen at other hotels I've stayed at! Great place to stay.

Summary: It was fine, however, I made a mistake on the dates and they denied me a refund. Probably was my fault but still I checked out a day earlier, but they still kept the original charges There should be a policy at least gives me half the money back or something in a compromise fashion. The Jacuzzi bath was nice, the TV was big, the bathrooms were updated and nice. Gave a good score, but not a 5 star. The night security locked everything down and no restaurants after like 9p, so not much to eat after a hike. There's junk food in the convenience store but nothing hot or tasty, only microwave foods and highly processed junk. That's why they didn't get a 5 star in my book, everything else was fine.

Summary: Check in was easy. There is a real fun country bar in the building, a restaurant and convenience store. The crowd in the bar is a little trucker heavy earlier in the evening, but turned into a fun crowns at night

Summary: What an interesting place. Far more than just a hotel. The staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful. Room(s), stayed here twice now, have been comfortable and both were good experiences.

Summary: We have stayed here twice and every time we stay it does not disappoint. Very clean room and we love that there is a convenience store, restaurant right there. The only thing missing is a pool! But we will definitely be staying again
