Villa "Eclat de Mer" is a brand new contemporary villa with private heated pool located at the exit of the seaside resort of Porticcio and 15 km from Ajaccio airport (south side), 7 minutes walk from the beautiful beach of Agosta, which allows everyone to enjoy the pool or the sea according to their desires
From the terrace and all the living rooms, it has a beautiful sea view. Located on a large fenced in a small subdivision, with the maquis on one side, the villa "Eclat de Mer" offers a place where it is good to relax, while being close to seaside activities or departure hiking and beautiful discoveries of the island of Beauty.
The villa consists of a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a dining and living room (sofas, TV, DVD, WiFi), three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a separate toilet. The first bedroom is a master suite with private shower room. The other two bedrooms share the second bathroom (Italian shower, vaque furniture, toilet). A reversible air conditioning is installed in the living room and bedrooms.
In the sun, life is mainly outside, so we favored a very large tiled terrace of 140 m² giving direct access to the pool of 9.00 mx 4.50, depth 1.80 m protected by a roller shutter above ground. Here chairs, table, deckchairs, large umbrella, garden furniture, barbecue, petanque, badminton, beach mats and umbrellas are at your disposal. An electric awning in front of the living room provides shade for meals. On the side a charcoal barbecue is installed as well as a gaming portico. A two car garage is available.
The rates include full services: supply of bed linen, towels and kitchen linen, basic household products, end-of-stay cleaning, which allows you to arrive without any other constraint than your personal belongings.
Opposite the beach of Agosta is a whole set of shops: small supermarket, bread, 5 restaurants, pharmacy, post office, hairdresser, regional products, CB distributor and at the end of the beach, a water recreation base offers various activities such as jet skiing, parasailing, buoys, etc. In the center of Porticcio, there are many sea and mountain activities, night activities, supermarkets, multiple shops and restaurants, shops, boat rentals, boat trips, boat shuttles to Ajaccio, market, entertainment, etc.

Summary: Everything was perfect! The villa, the pool, the weather. This villa certainly deserves its 5* reviews. It is immaculately kept, very comfortably furnished, in an enviable location with stunning views. Very comfortable beds, quiet air con, and careful attention to detail. A really super place. All communication with the owner and her hosts was friendly and very helpful and received a quick response. We had the most fabulous family holiday in this exceptional villa in a very special part of Corsica, and only wish we could have stayed longer!

Summary: From the moment we drove up to the villa we were entranced. It has a beautiful setting with an outstanding panoramic view of Agosta bay, visible from every room. We needed two flightfs to get here and boy was it worthit. I'm a very harsh critic and we have spent the last 20 years vacationing in the Dutch Caribbean because they met my requirements. Eclat de Mer exceeded them. It has a large open plan living dining area with new kitchen utilities. Everything works and the air con, a must for us, was top notch. Micheline has thought of everything. Lots of toys, umbrellas, beach mats, cooler boxes, all to ensure you can visit any part of this glorious island. It's trickey to find in the dark, but Micheline's directions are so clear.From Ajaccio airport, the sign for Le Rivoli was our marker for an immediate left turn. Our son had a small hiccup with his eyes due to a dodgy shampoo and Michelle was again on hand to help us at all hours of the day and night to translate to medics and source medication.Alain and Micheline define the perfect hosts, they truly understand the meaning of welcome. It broke our hearts to leave and we are counting down the days to return. This place warrants the highest praise and my words don't do it justice. With all our hearts, thank you so much Micheline and Alain for our wonderful stay. A bientot

Summary: We spent an amazing and relaxing holiday in Villa Eclat de Mer. We benefitted fully from the great location, visiting Ajaccio and the local beaches, going on a boat tour to the Scandola Natural reserve, doing horse riding and road biking. On a few days we went even further afield to Bonifacio and Corte. And in-between, we spent many lazy days around the beautiful pool, simply enjoying the views and the calm. Last, but certainly not least, we very much appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and the barbeque for our cooking sessions...

Summary: A perfect villa to stay in in Corsica. The owners keep it impeccably clean, tasteful, and simple. The beds are exceptionally comfortable, the temperature and AC are perfect, the kitchen and utensils beautifully organized. There's obviously a lot of pride and care taken in the place. The pool is large and has a great view. The back deck has amazing views, the pictures don't do it justice. Owners are very friendly and speak perfect English and French, whichever you prefer. We'd come back here in a heartbeat!
