Summary: This is a beautiful hotel, and located in the heart of a the lovely town center of Havelock North. Great restaurant in the hotel as well and wonderful options near by. The staff were very customer service oriented, and were a great help with organizing our wine tour. I'd highly recommend Porters Boutique Hotel for anyone visiting the Hawkes Bay area

Summary: Such great front of house staff. Well trained, Attentive and friendly. Great spot for weekend away. Nice room, Malo resteraunt next door is top notch, walking distance to great places to eat and drink.

Summary: I had a wonderful 4 nights staying here and really appreciated the wonderful staff going out of their way for me… I was ‘under the weather’ and the little things and wonderful front desk ladies were terrific… and even lemons dropped off so I could make a drink were lovely! Summary: Excellent service nice friendly helpful staff very clean and right in the middle of Havelock north. Also great restaurant next door. Only one thing was i found the mattrass a little to firm for me.
