Positive: Beautiful hotel! Excellent style and service.

Summary: Last room on booking.com which is mostly the noisiest and closest room to pathio and restaurant; meaning loud and noisy.

Positive: Beautiful facilities! I especially loved the design and aesthetics of the entire hotel. Very elegant. The location in the old town was perfect for walking and exploring Palma. The staff was helpful kind and accommodating. Delicious food!

Negative: Parking can be difficult. Had we known this earlier we could have made better arrangements. But just be aware that there is no parking in the old part of Palma so if you’re traveling with luggage it may be easiest to get a taxi from your parking garage to the hotel itself. Also the hotel offers parking spots but we did not realize this and arrange ahead of time.

Summary: Marvelous stay- I’ll be back!

Negative: I really not like that Booking charge aprox Euro 100 more than the real price that the hotel have . I will never book again trough booking before checking direct with the hotel first . I felt robed by booking
