Positive: Clean, zen,modern, tasteful apt w/full kitchen & fridge. Hot water in shower. Quiet, great for a writer! Peaceful, yet a short cab ride to all the action in Medina. A few blocks to the beach, but not beachfront. Mohammed is very responsive and provides whatever one requests ASAP! Mehdi & staff are kind & helpful. One could not ask for a better host or building staff! Mohammed was also sweet in allowing me to drop off luggage when I arrived early. The building is clean and well-maintained as is the swimming pool if you do not mind it being cold. Dunes area where camel & horseback rides happen. Near Ocean Vagabond Restaurant and others. Carrefour a 10 min cab ride /40 min walk depending upon pace. Sokom Restaurant & Cafe downstairs open until late. Breakfast served most of day & very generous portions, good price. Nicest people who try hard to please their customers! Be aware that this is a less populated area with a lot of building going on... but the apartment is extremely quiet, safe, and I did NOT hear any construction happening. I am very sound sensitive! Just don't expect great scenery or views in the apartment nor in the immediate area. Beach IS a short walk Maybe that is why it is so easy to concentrate here, fewer people ? GREAT place for a writer or someone who needs peace & quiet to work! Wifi is fine too. I will be back soon!

Negative: Kitchen supplies sparse. Art could be different. More storage needed. Not beachfront. Still I LOVE this property!

Positive: Friendly host and location near the beach. Modern Appartment with new equipment and modern style

Negative: Pool was out of order and the poolside is a mess. It should be open in summer, but even then it's no pleasure to swim here. The building feels like under construction and the bathroom was in very poor condition. The Cafe inside the building serves no food.

Positive: • The apartment was very clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. - The host was amazing—responsive, helpful, and made sure I had everything I required. - The check-in process was smooth, and the location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach. What made this place truly special was the atmosphere—it had a warm and cozy feeling that made me feel right at home. - ⁠Everything was just as described, and I would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay here again.

Positive: - Great location, very close to the beach, the camels and horses, surfing, too. - Quiet at night. - Plenty of hot water in the shower, if you set the boiler accordingly. - Good wifi

Negative: - Online host in Marrakech never showed his face during a week's stay, but delegated tasks to his friend/brother. Not even a small bottle of water was offered at reception. - The kitchen equipment as well as the shower hadn't been cleaned well, and the remains of the shower door, which had been broken, were kept behind the entrance door to the apartment. Couldn't be fixed all the while I stayed there, thus the bathroom would be completely wet after every shower. - Apartment was very cold in the evening and morning, as the heating system wasn't running. Instead, a tiny electric heater was provided on request, which didn't do the job.
