Positive: The location is excellent.

Negative: The establishment is old and delapidated . The kitchenette is very small. The stairs are very steep and narrow and makes it difficult to carry your luggage upstairs.

Summary: All in all it was good. We had a very nice sea view, and very close to the sea and restaurants.
